Don’t use Telkom EVER!!

Telkom = Worst help and support I’ve ever experienced. It took ages to first find a number to contact after we lost internet connectivity overnight. After waiting for 30 minutes the operator’s advice took our situation from bad to worse. They promised to phone back and allocate a technician to our home. We have yet to hear anything back (whilst still paying our monthly fees, which, compared to competitors, is very expensive). Our next plan of action is to cancel our Telkom contract so that we never have to deal with this type of unfriendly, unhelpful and just totally unwilling service.
