Don't use Telkom

I had app**** for a mobile contract with Telkom and and had been pre-approved and that they would be processing my order. I had contacted them today as a follow up and they said nothing has been loaded even though i have the sms to prove it mind you this was after typing out two online applications that no1 had contacted me back and then i had to call in. Im really disappointed with the type of service im getting from telkom and will be moving to another network
