DONT USE TELKOM

Telkom your service sucks!!!!!! You are all to quick to accept our payments but as soon as we miss one payment and make it late it is a battle to get our contracts turned on again. Two weeks almost that we batt;ing to get our internet turned on. Two payment already taken and still the same story evey time we phone " We have reprtered the fault give it 5 to 24 hours". HOW MANY 5 TO 24 HOURS DO YOU REQUIRE. our contracts are R2000 P/month and we have already made two payments and still no luck. WE ARE SICK AND TIRED OF EXCUSES TELKOM!!!!!!!
