Don't use telkom

Telkom is truly the benchmark of pathetic service. I have been struggling for months to cancel my contract to no avail. I signed a contract 2 years ago, then I receive a call from telkom saying my service contract will end in 2 months and would I like to continue. I say no! They kept calling me day in and day out before the contract actually ended. Then I sign up with a different provider and I find out three months later the contract hasn't been cancelled. So I call and call. I don't need to explain what calling telkom is like. The o ly reason telkom still has customers is because nobody knows how to cancel. It's so difficult to get through to someone I can understand that speaks my English language in south africa. The whole lot is so ***********. Anyways three months later I get debited R1600? Come on telkom. I will never again use this service. Actually you don't offer service you catch people in contracts and make them run in a maze to cancel. I pitty you. I will forever advise people in my work place and in my personal life never to use you. Even if I manage to convince 1 person it's enough.
