Don't use telkom as a service provider

I ordered a landline and 4meg adsl line from telkom they were supposed to install it on the 08/01/2018, the technician only called me to confirm this installation but he did not pitch at my house wasted a few hours of my day. Then I contacted telkom and they gave me a new date on the 15/01/2018 still nothing happened from their side after phoning them and speaking with them for 40 minutes i still did not receive a new installation date and I still don't have any landline installed or adsl line. I phoned the technician who were supposed to do the installation and he told me that he did not have access to do it and that is bull**** because he did not even phone me to confirm he is at my house i can not sit at home the whole day to wait for someone to not even show up. I am fed up with telkom they are bad service providers.
