Don’t use Telkom !!!

The customer service and commitments from Telkom are a joke , I have been battling for 6-8 months now with my LTE contracts. They have tower issues and unable to provide the service I signed up for. I and requested to cancel due to them not been able provide a service and the response is “sorry sir we can’t do that the best we can do is resolve the tower issue, that will take about 3-6 months” I told the thats what they said in November! Still waiting senior to call to advise what they can do a week later!! Meant to be having conference calls and working during lock down ,
