Don’t use Telkom

Absolutely useless. I have completed an application for a cellphone contract through Telkom, the application was successful, they took the first debit order on the 29th of October. I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. When you phone 10213 no one knows what is going on. No one can tell me where my order is nor can they help me cancel the application. It is more than a month later, I am still waiting for someone to phone me to cancel the order. They are ******. Make sure the debit order goes off in 2 days, but don’t follow through with the application. Now I am battling to get a refund from these ******. I have gone another route and in 3 days I received my order. I would NOT recommend Telkom to anyone. They are pathetic and useless.
