DONT USE TELKOM!!

I have written areview about telkoms pathetic service and i am STILL awaiting a response. Next step the ombudsman. I have had it. On Monday Miquel Naidoo phoned me to offer me uncapped LTE. He checked and we did the application. He then informed me that it will take 3-5 working days. I decided to call yesterday to check my progress because i haven't received an order number. Well i was NOT surprised when telkom ( Amin) informed me that there was no order processed. I have been holding on for ever and NO ONE is helping. Telkom think they are above the law and they have the monopoly on lines, well i would like to inform you that you have really messed with the wrong person. PATHETIC is a very nice word to describe telkom's level of business. What a joke for a mega company.
