Don’t upgrade through Telkom Online - it doesn’t work

So I do an online upgrade. No response from Telkom since August 2021. Redid the upgrade again today. Telkom try and call to confirm the order but their phones don’t work. So our main provider of telecoms in South Africa - their phones don’t work. What a joke.
