Dont Trust them

<p>So i app**** for a contact 4 weeks ago.</p> <p>After a week of waing i called sales who processed my application on line. </p> <p>The billed me in that week </p> <p>2017-06-20 NAEDO DEBIT TELKOM8TA MRA ********** ********** 620 R 269.00-</p> <p>And the promised that i will recieve the phone with in 7 working days. </p> <p>I've been chatting to them over face book and still no joy. </p> <p>I asked if i could just get my money back because i still have note gottent the phone they tell me to fill in a cancelation letter. </p> <p>How can i do that if i dont have a phone or any account details from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please all i want is my money back. </p>
