Don't trust telkom sales department 1 plus 1 to them = R813

I have now since Sept2017 been overcharged for My ADSL package. Was informed all and all it would be R599 p/m but since been charged R813 monthly.

Went in store and zero help. Got a call back from account department and after 30min on the phone was told to phone 10213. So 25 min later and still no answer I gave up. "Phone a telephone provider who doesn't how to answer the phone". Tried twice after that but as per usual No answer.

fed up now so either get this mess sorted or i'm cancelling on bases of breach of contract
