Don't trust Telkom Mobile

Anyone who has tried to cancel any Telkom service will know that their cancellation strategy is quite astonishingly. Be aware:

1. They will make it very difficult for you to even understand how to cancel. Lots of conflicting policies on the website, protracted forms to fill in and a myriad of differing emails. 2. Even if you do follow the ridiculously difficult process they will simply ignore your request.

Absolutely the worst. Don't trust them, the discounts are meaningless when they keep debiting your account for services they aren't providing.
