DONT TOUCH ANY TELKOM SERVICE, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
<p> </p> <p>I was conned into buying a telkom lte router and after initial tests it looked promising. No sooner did I have the service that I realized that telkom cannot deliver on what it promised. The speeds are ********** and talking to telkom does not help. Telkom will ignore the problem because of their contract that telkom locked one into. Complaining does not help because telkom does not respond. Telkoms staff are clueless and they only offer OPINIONS.</p> <p>After begging the salesperson a number of times, she got anoyed with me and fetched the router for "upgrades".</p> <p> I got promised a loan unit because I got this capped lte for my small business. Yet another empty story. Its been now more than three weeks to fix the new router. I t seems that telkom has lost it .</p>
telkom will reply to this but nothing will happen exactly like the other times, so don't be fooled into thinking that telkom is a business that responds.
I'm at a point where I want to cancel all of my telkom services because of the terrible serice and poor telephony systems
