Don't think I'll ever visit a telkom store for as long as I'm alive.

Most bad experience ever. Think about canceling all my contacts. I've been receiving massages from telkom to inform me my upgrade is due I need to visit a store for my upgrade. Before I went to the store I checked on the telkom page what I can up grade to I come to to free my family unlimited and have made my mind up. When I get in to the store the sales consultant told me they no longer give free my family packages. I rep**** strange cause it's still advertised on the website she told me that's not her problem the it department where suppost to take it off.
