Don't take TELKOM insurance

Never take cellphone insurance through Telkom! Your policy will be handed over to WWAS (Worldwide Advisory Services), and they are absolutely useless when it comes to processing and resolving claims.

Despite paying premiums faithfully for over 40 months, I’ve experienced nothing but delays, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability. It took me following up just to be told more documents were needed — why wasn’t that communicated earlier?

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Telkom and WWAS insurance at all costs.
