Don't take out contracts with Telkom

I'm advising people not to take out contracts with telkom. They billed me for months I wasn't using there line anymore and handed me over after I followed up with them many time regarding my lines being canceled and they had ticket numbers of my calls that I made to Telkom advising they need to cancel the line cause I'm moving. They open a case but never came back to me regarding my case I opened, now I've been handed over, over something that was not my fault.
