Don’t TAKE CONTRACT WITH TELKOM

Whatever you do don’t take a contract with Telkom , my wifi wasn’t working in my area logged a call a week later after I got the contract , they told me to return the wifi since it was working took the wifi back and they still debited me the following month . I’ve been going back and forth with them since Feb , everytime I go in store i get a new case number saying they sort it out . It’s frustrating that now they’ve handed me over damanging my credit score for their nonsense and reading all reviews here this is their thing .

Actually even going to port my number out of Telkom I’ve had enough of them want nothing g to do with their services and removing my entire family from it
