Don't take a telkom contract!!!

Telkom kolonade gave me a contract without explaining how it works, gave me a contract Sim that was not activated, deleted my prepaid number, told me that they will cancel whatever request that the put through and resend it, 3 months later I have not used a minute of the airtime or a megabyte of the data that I am paying for. I can not buy airtime, load data, make calls, send messages. Every time you visit the store to resolve the problem all they can say is we are sorry about that. WONDERFUL!!!
