DON'T TAKE A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM YOU WILL REGRET IT...

Telkom is very unreliable and unprofessional, i took out a cellphone contract which includes insurance and when it ended i was told to cancell in order for them to stop debiting my account, i canceled last year September and and received confirmation that it was canceled however my account is still being debited even though i cancelled. I went to the shop to get some clarity and didn't get any help from them same with their call center all they did was give me this number ***which says its not in service when i call. So telkom must please tell me what to do because it seems they are too happy to debit my account for nothing.
