DONT TAKE A CONTRACT FROM TELKOM

Absolutely trash service offered. My contract for a Samsung s21 just came to an end according to the USD "end of contract option" however my bill still shows my next payment due is in Jan.

I have not even received an invoice to state my contract is now paid nor have I received any call for an upgrade yet I am due.

F*** you Telkom. I will be moving to another service provider due to your lack of support. I cannot get to speak to a customer service rep no matter what number I try and none of your stores answer their damn phone. Called both phoenix and gateway stores.

Pathetic. I am extremely shocked at how you handle a loyal paying customer.
