Dont support Telkom, No service for repairs at all

Ive had an ongoing issue with telkom since October 2015. our internet keeps dropping almost all day. i can hardly get connection continously for a day. having my internet service with mweb they came and checked everything from their side for over 4 times. everything from their side is working. telkom on the other hand has no person who can help us sort this issue out in this day and age. they sent 1 technician who kept coming for 2 mins into the house, says the line is working and leaves. 5 mins later no connection again. this has happen on 2 occasions. since then telkom refuses to address the issue and keep saying they will have it sorted. if it means putting in new lines, do your job and sort it out. i can not be paying full price for something im not getting anything of. ive asked for a refund they refuse to assist as the technician is to process this once they complete the job, but noone comes. when i dont pay the account they say they cant assist me till i pay. What the hell is this service??? disgusting attitude and service from one and all telkom employees. no assistance and no service after 4 months of issues.
