DONT SUPPORT TELKOM

I have been trying to apply for a 40 plus 40 gigs with Telkom and have been rejected twice without being notified as to why. My Credit score is about 700 with minimal debts and never missed a payment. Telkom uses Transunion that had a cyber attack recently and everyone's information has been ******. Telkom, do you want business or a rescue plan? Kindly resolve ASAP or I will take my business elsewhere.
