Don't sign up with Telkom! They will mess up your Credit Record!

I have been waiting for Telkom to send me my settlement letter from the 11th of November 2020. It has been over a month and daily calls to their contact centres however I have still not received my letter from them! I have spoken to so many agents at Telkom as well as a manager by the name of Moses however I have still not been assisted! Can this issue be resolved ASAP!
