Don't sign up with telkom!!!

I am so F*cking ****ed of with telkom! Since I have taken out my contract in April I have had non stop issues with these fools!! Either they are over charging or their useless consultants don't know what they are talking about! And also they have people working for them that are not even trained properly to explain to the clients how their stupid service works!! And than they charge you and amount of R270 if the debit order rejects! And please note customers are not informed about this amount... However how can they charge this amount when there is money in the bank?? They don't even know what date to debit order! But it is stated on the contract!! Than they don't debit order and I did I manual payment and they suspended my account!!!! Yes the data etc is cheap but their service is ***!! I really can not wait until this contract is finished because this is disgusting. And than you call the call center to ask why the account has been suspended if money has been paid and to unsuspend it they tell you that they can't!!! I am really really really unhappy with telkom.

Oh and yes here's my ID number so that you can just tell me you will investigate the account and still expect me to pay your bill that your company has f'd up!!! Even though an amount higher than my actual contract was paid!!! Urrrg!!
