Dont sign up for Telkom packages

We ended our contract with MWeb for a better deal at Telkom end if April. We waited 6 weeks for Telkom, they never activated our contract. We cancelled the order. Our adsl line is still not available to Mweb so that we can reactivate our contract. Our experience with the sales dept has been horrible. We have been passed around to IT dept, holding pool, technical department and "backoffice" No one can sort out the problem. Its been two months without internet service. Telkom is absolutely ***********. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Me must have spoken to 50 different people at least, and NO ONE can fix the problem, that they created because our line worked perfectly for years untill dealing with Telkom. Please Please Please do yourselves a favour and dont sign up for Telkom packages. You are signing up fir a nightmare. I have heard 100' s of similar stories
