Dont sign up anything with telkom

**Stay away at all cost** absolutely pathetic had a contract previously so I signed up a new line got a new phone and they suspended my line without even paying my first installment called the 081180 call center ,worst call center I have dealt with in my entire life customer service is non existant asked them what's wrong they say the account is up to date but the line is suspended cannot make or receive calls since the 05/02/2020 and my service is not running till today but they expect me to pay a full installment at the end of the month when they dont even know what's going on so basically telkom sells you a device suspends it so they can make money off you by paying for something you literally not using please guys if you read my complaint dont take contracts with telkom rather stick to mtn or vodacom you get no where with them if possible please foward this complaint to every social media platform as I feel the public should know about these ******* before signing up with them
