Dont port over to Telkom!! Worst decision ever!

I logged a complaint with Telkom at the beginning of the week , as my data just depletes within minutes of loading it with no use. When calling the call center the said they could see no usage of my data but they cant answer why its depleting. I have been calling the whole week to find the status of my query with no feedback from Telkom. They have the worst customer service ever . I cant use my phone or access any emails because of this . Telkom mobile has to be the worst network ever!
