DON'T ORDER YOUR INTERNET FROM TELKOM. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Telkom gives the worst service, I have ever experienced!!! On 17 April I was approved for Unlimited Home internet. I received an SMS on my 061 number with an email address etc. After a month I called them and they told me my service was cancelled. When I asked why, the answer was because they tried to contact me on a 083 number. I told them that its not a valid number and they said they will update their system. I app**** online entering my 061 number. Last week I contacted them again. Same problem. They tried to contact me on the 083 number. They could not reach me and then they cancelled the order. They told me that day they will contact me on the right number to deliver the router. Nothing happened. Today I contacted them again. The guy who answered told me again it was cancelled. I asked why and he said infrastructure. I told him it's impossible because all the others said the infrastructure is fine. He just kept to his story. 5 minutes later I called again. This time the lady said she will find out why it's cancelled. I waited on the line to get the same exact problem. They tried to contact me on the 083 number and cancelled again. I asked for a number of a Manager who can please help them to stop calling me on the 083 number. She said no, because they deal with the applications. I told her "No, you clearly are not dealing with the problem" She did not give me a number. She asked me if she should do the application again. So yes, the application was done again. I asked if they will be calling the right number. She said "I don't know" These employees obviously don't care about their business, only their paychecks. I'm writing this, because i am 100% sure that they will contact me again on the 083 number and hoping somebody will read this and sort it out before the time. I can also see that on Hellopeter Telkom takes a month to answer the complaints, which I can understand as I see there is 1000's of complaints about Telkom's service. Wow guys, don't you have any people caring about this business? VERY VERY SAD.
