Dont order contract with telkom ONLINE!!!!!

I ordered one contract online, two new cellphones and contracts were activated.

I only wanted one new contract. I have phoned, messaged, emailed and No one can cancel the second one. After over 3 weeks I eventually got the second cellphone collected by the courier company. but to date the contract is still active and it is impossible to get anyone to help me cancel it. I get shuffled from post to post!

I am beyond frustrated and just want to cancel all my contracts with them.
