Dont move to Telkom

Got a mobile contract with Telkom my account has never been in arears yet for the last 6 days I cannot receive calls, but can make calls. My internet works. SMS send and receive not working. No call barring or forwarding enabled on my phone. Just pure lack of service from Telkom. I told everybody move to telkom like I did, its cheaper and there's no issues. Spoke to early it seems as nobody seem to help me. I hope I only have to pay for half a month's service too.
