Don't know procedure

I placed an order for the Internet data plan - 11 gb, September special. I was advised that I would receive it within 5 days. They advised that the courier company will contact me when they will come and deliver it. To date, the courier company has not contacted me and 5 days has long passed. An agent contacted me advising that they received a return from the courier company that I was available at the agreed address to pick up the package, which is my home. Why didn't you contact me when you was coming so that I can make myself available, as we had agreed too? Further, you cannot expect a person to remain at home 24 hours a day for the 5 day period in order to receive the goods, therefore logic will tell that you should phone. When can i expect to receive my orders?
