Dont keep they're appointments and totally useless call center

<p>I app**** for an adsl line from telkom in the beginning of October and all was in order acording to the email they send me and stated someone will be in touch within 14 day to make an appointment for installation 10 days later they just showed up to install the line dont like that they just showed up without confirming a date but very happy my line is getting installed lucky i was home at that time only to fine out the next day its only a land line not the adsl line i asked for so i called again and asked again and this time i got an sms to confirm an appointment for today 1ste of November 2016 i expecially took a days leave to be home because its an all day appointment but a big no show from telkom so when i called the sales department and being transferred from department to department i ended up talking to an Patricia and asked to talk to a supervisor se simply refused and said she will help me after i explained everything and ask whey the technician didn't show up se tried calling him according to her but there is no answer so i asked her when will the line be installed because i need to make arrangements for someone to be at my house when they come se simply said se cant help me and dont know she acknowledge my appointment was for the 1st but it can be the 2de 3de or even later she dont know i cant stay at home every they waiting for you</p> <p>Dont make appointment your not going to keep or atleast call your customers and let them know your not going to make and reschedule with a date you intend to keep.</p>
