Called on the 24/11/2023 and was received by Mahlatsi Molefo @19:49. Called in relations to my network been cut off without notifications or been informed as to why. Asked to speak to someone higher up and was promised a call back. Asked for call recording and was told no I can't have it. I need a case number if so🤦🏾♂️

Called again on the 30/11/2023 and was received by Nondumiso Mnguni @13:26 and again I asked to speak to someone higher up and was promised to be CC'd with whoever she was gonna send an email to but I never got no email or call back since. Debt date is coming soon and I want to cancel but even that is a struggle. Pieces of **** TELKOM.
