DON'T JOIN TELKOM MOBILE ******* NETWORK

If I could give this network 0 stars I would. I have contacted the call centre several times regarding disappearing airtime. R6 p/d to be precise. I am a student and this is a lot of money to be charged daily. The call centre staff were unhelpful and said that these are data charges. I live on campus and always use Wifi but exactly R6 when it hits midnight leaves my phone and I don't know what to do. I have always been a loyal Telkom Mobile customer and have introduced many people to this network. But ya'll are super useless and I'm very very upset. Also there is no code to dial to unsubcribe was told to dial *187*678# but this USSD code is NEVER active. You guys are terrible and I hope you file for bankrupcy one day.
