Don’t insure your phone with Telkom you will regret it

The worst cellphone insurance ever, my phone was ****** on the 10th of May and it’s the 21sy of June today and I still don’t have my phone. Between them and CourierIT it’s stuck there…I can’t emphasise how much people should never use this thing to insure their phone. The claims process is the worst, with you having to send the same thing five million times and receiving emails from different people who don’t even respond….I have never been more frustrated sies
