DONT INSURE, waiting for refund for 4 months

I submitted a claim for a ****** phone and given an amount for the excess due, which I paid. I called again later on and told it had been miscalculated as a result I was asked to pay in more which I did BUT THEN I called again and told that once again it had been miscalculated and I had been overcharged. I was told I’d receive a refund on the difference. THAT WAS IN OCTOBER 2017. After numerous phone calls and emails back and forth I still haven’t received my money. Even the agent and I’m guessing her direct supervisors who made the mistake Nkhensani Nkuna , Beverly and Thuto aren’t responding anymore, I’m guessing based on the presumption that I’d let it go. I’m pretty sure there’s some sort of legal recourse available. Either way Telkom insurance has clearly employed less than competent people to deal with our money and cannot be trusted
