don't have online application when u don't call back

hi u know telkom are offering a data deal for R59 month to month but they are so flipping f....Ed up I sent 4 call me back on the net name & no. ID no etc no 1 calls and when you call sales it says press this for sales the call cuts if you have problems now for application what happens when sign up what service will u get then. pathetic
