dont go with telkom mobile!!!

<p>I app**** on telkoms website for a iphone 6. They called me back 2 days later, and we went through the whole sign up process, i was pre approved. They said they will debit R399 from my account to see that there are funds in my account. I agreed. A week later, the money was deducted, and 2 days after that, i receive an sms from Telkom stating that my application was unsuccessfull. Now another week later, i have not been refunded. I phoned telkom, they have no knowledge of the debit, but know about my application. I went to a telkom store, who are just as clueless. They had me speak to the billing department, the sales department. Then they gave me 2 other numbers to call, mobile talk and mobile direct. I phoned them both, none of them have any record of my application, they gave me yet another number, tconnect who i phoned as well, and guess what. No one has a clue about my application, yet i am R399 short on my account and with no iphone 6!! Absolutely useless, be carefull signing up with this company!!</p>
