Don't go with Telkom!!!

A service provider that has no consideration for their consumers. Your call centre agents aren't equipped to answer and calls and always give incorrect information on products and services. I am always on hold (maybe employ new staff and train them properly) the worst is having to get airtime on contract because your systems are always down. I've gone as far as going to the stores and I cannot be assisted because the network's down. How has telkom been in the industry for so long, you exploit us!!!! I pay every month and not a single week has gone by where I'm calling in to sort out some issue...so disappointed!!!! Now I'm stuck with you guys for 2 years !!!!! Cannot wait to be done so I can move to a network provider that respects me as a client.

Even though they offer the cheapest package on the market you will never use their services because their network and systems are always down!!!! GO ELSE WHERE!!!
