Don’t go there: Telkom

The worst service provider I’ve ever had to encounter. Their departments are clueless about each other’s work, you’ll be sent from pillar to post explaining yourself and no one has a solution. The managers decide if your matter is important enough to grant a call or not. Customer service does not exist in this company from top management. We use our own airtime to call them to fix problems that they’ve caused themselves at our cost. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this service provider to anyone who seeks peace in their lives.
