Don't get fiber from telkom and vumatel

I wish I could give negative stats instead of one. Telkom called me over 2 months ago to sell vumatel fiber to me. They took long to deliver the modem to me and gave me no follow-up feedback on the next process. I had to call them to find out what to do next and they gave me the run around to resolve this matter. To make matters worse. They started to charge me for this service that I wasn't even getting. Two months later, no fiber internet and a pending debit order. I highly recommend that NO EVER gets fiber from telkom
