DON'T GET A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM BECAUSE THEY WON'T CANCEL IT

Two of my contracts ended in March 2018 which I subsequently went in store to switch to prepaid/cancel. I have done this over 3 times as it was not cancelled since then.

This debacle is absolutely frustrating due to the fact that NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR THE PAST FIVE MONTHS AND THE WAIT TIME IN THE TELKOM GATEWAY STORE EACH TIME IS OVER AN HOUR.

The Telkom call centre has additionally informed me that they can't do anything to facilitate a refund and cancellation.
