dont expect telkom to fix a fault

I Have an open fault with Telkom since November regarding line issue that is affecting my internet , Telkom has acknowledged that there is a line fault that needs to be fixed but technicians never arrive to fix , and when they do they find every excuse not to fix the line <br> lightening ( when there isn't)<br> ladder broken <br> too much water in the exchange <br> every time a senior person calls they promise that somebody will come and they will call on my cell phone before , today they called on the house number to say they would be coming (the lady said they were not allowed to call cell phones) I rush home to be there and again a no show.<br> You call the call center for support and the lady on the line didn't have the number for the Telkom technical to see when the technician will be there , I was put on hold for 30minutes when I decided to hang up <br> <br> please please please please give me some customer service
