DONT EXPECT A REFUND FROM TELKOM !!!

They sent me an SMS to say I am in arrears and I must Pay R2364 immediately. I paid and on the same day, they deducted it from my debit order again. This was on the 22 December and no refund yet. I had to send bank statements, proof of payment etc. and every time they asked for another proof.

Luckily I can cancel my one streaming contract, the rest I will do when the contracts expire. Telkom must be desperate for money to operate this way.
