Dont ever use Telk

I had a data contract with telkom for 2 years and had no problems .when time came to upgrade my contract i went to the store in our town and asked the clerk to inform me about the package that i need to upgrade too to get the same or better service then the previous one ok he said that the one i need to take is the 10gig per month with laptop for 249 per month for 2 years.I was happy and got it and as i am working on the road 5 days of the week that is when i use my router and the data that is when i saw that i dont have connection .i went back a week later to ask them to check my settings and then first they told me but its right the new contract only works in areas that is telkom connected and i cannot roam anymore .i told the clerk that he was to explain that ti me before i upgraded because my old contract could roam and that is why i got it in the first place.that was now 6 months back .every month my debit goes of and i cant use the data and the beauty of it all is all that data i loose every month .i contacted them via all channels that i know of but upto today no one did ever contact me to try and solve the problem in the meentime im paying for a service that i cannot use due to the fact that they didnt explain .Telkom is the worst i have ever did busseniss with
