Dont go near telkom please people. The most disgusting service, no response, lying sales representatives. Sick to death of them.

I need to be contacted urgently as I have phoned and phoned, held on each time for at least 10 minutes only to get a message to say mailbox is full and I am disconnected. How on earth do I get someone to assist me and give me the information I require? My contract comes to an end at the end of December. I was told to cancel in writing a month before the time. I have done so on line and have got another sms to say my order number ***A only ends on 8/6/23. I had upped my limit of data and the lady assured me that it wont affect my contract and that I can still cancel at the end of December 2021. Having done so I also received an sms telling me that I will be billed at the end of the month due to account being in arrears. That is sooooo not true. Could someone call me on *** please.

Why do I go back to Telkom when I have issues with them continuously. No longer will I be fooled by lying sales representatives.
