Dont ever touch Telkom

I requested a portable WI Fi router in May 2018 which i sent back as i had one purchased for R2000.00 and found that it did not solve all my problems. I have tried to cancel now for 30 months with letters to prove it, now paid over R 4000.00 and now they say i have requested a further 24 month contract with no proof.
