Don’t ever TELKOM!!

Not sure how they hire people here, just spoke to three different consults and they have different stories just coz I can’t make calls to some lsndlsnds and done are going through;

1. One said I don’t have airtime and minutes, but I have 18mins. Further said she doesn’t know 😭

2. Second guy told me I need to buy land line minutes?but other land lines are working!

3. Third lady said I’m rude coz u wanted to prove that other landlines are working by joining the phone call but she dropped the call whilst on the other line.

What is going there?this other consultant insisted I call a landline and I did, they both spoke now shz checking again😒what a waste of time Telkom!!
