Don't ever sign a contract with Telkom for home connectivity!!

Telkom Contract that never expires!!!!! I am outside of my 24 month contract period for more than a year, I cancelled my now 'month to month' contract that they automatically switched me to in September and still get billed every month. I called customer care dealt with Fabian Chetty but I still get billed every month for a service I am not using and cancelled almost 4 months ago. I went in store today and could not be assisted because cancellations are only done over the phone. I am beyond frustrated and will never sign another contract with this provider.
