dont ever purchase domains through telkom!

im trying to get my clients domain transferred away from Telkom to a new supplier.<br> <br> Anyone at Telkom support has no idea what a domain is, the hostmaster email address never send responses.<br> <br> ive called every Telkom call centre in South Africa, and nobody knows how i transfer a domain away from them.<br> <br> My clients website has dissapeared, and i need to rectify this situation ASAP<br> <br> please can somone give me a call to resolve this before yet ANOTHER transfer request fails???<br> <br> ive seen Telkom reporting to other complaints of exactly the same nature here, so i applaud someone to get in touch with me to make this happen soonest.<br> <br> paul ***
